Sliding Fee Program at Seattle Natural Family Medicine

Although Medicaid and Healthy Options state insurance cover midwifery services at One Sky Wellness Associates, they do not currently cover naturopathic care. As an expression of our commitment to provide access to holistic, naturopathic family medicine to families of all economic situations, SNFM offers reduced fee services to patients who qualify based on monthly income and family size. If your family income falls within these guidelines, we encourage you to apply.
