To schedule a visit, please call the office at 206-363-5555.  We recommend that you call 2 weeks in advance of your desired appointment for routine visits. If you are ill and need to be seen quickly, please call the clinic before 10 am. After 10 am we fill our "acute" visit spots from our waiting list.

If your doctor is not available, we'll generally schedule you with another doctor in the clinic.  Some of our physicians are contracted with different insurance plans.  Ask our receptionist for more information about billing these visits.

When you schedule your appointment, you will be asked to leave a phone number that we can use for confirming your appointment. This number may also be used if your doctor is called to a birth and is unable to make your appointment.
