Medical billing is a somewhat complicated process that is done after a visit has taken place. It depends on the complexity of a visit, what was done, and sometimes even your age.  This makes it almost impossible to quote the price of your visit ahead of time.  If there is a specific service for which you'd like a quote, call the clinic and we will do our best to provide an estimate.

Payment for cash visits, insurance co-pays, unmet deductible and dispensary fees are due at the time of service. A $25 NSF fee will be charged for any returned checks. Prices are subject to change without notice. The fees listed below are examples of services that are not covered by insurance:

• Pager use $25
• Email- no charge
• Voice mail- no charge
• Cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice $50
